- Delivery charges may be nil for certain products or some nominal charges are levied.
- Delivery time for a product depends on the time taken to procure the item, time taken to ship the item by courier service, location of the product and location of customer.
- Depending on all this an estimated delivery time frame will be given to the customer.
- Normally we ship to all India, but in case we are unable to ship the product to you at your location we will inform you about this in 24 hrs. And your order will be liable for cancellation.
- Certain locations are not covered by COD, as COD depends on ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
- You get free delivery only when you make a prepaid order. A shipment fee of Rs. 60 will be charged for all COD orders.
Return Policy :
- Please ensure the returned item is in its original condition with proper packaging, labels, and tags, or we may fail to refund your amount. You can read our Return and Exchange policy for a better understanding.
- Returns are easy. Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
- Once we dispatch your order, it will reach you in around:
- 4-5 days for metro cities.
- 7-8 days for other places in India
- We will attempt pickup twice. If our delivery partner is unable to reach you and fails to pick up the order, you will have to courier the item back to our address.

- Note: Please ensure you have clicked a photo or made a video of the product before you courier it to our address or handle it back to our delivery partner.
- If you have requested a return, we will deduct a reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 per order on your refund. Please note that the Rs. 100 fee is based on per order and doesn’t depend on the number of items on the order.
