1. You can request a return or exchange for an item within 7 days from the delivery date.
2. Defective Products, Wrong Products or Damaged Products issue should be raised within 24 hrs of delivery
3. We will attempt pickup twice. If our delivery partner is unable to reach you and fails to pick up the order, you will have to courier the item back to our address.
4. You also have to send the product to our address if pickup service is unavailable in your area pin code.
Note: Please ensure you have clicked a photo or made a video of the product before you courier it to our address or handle it back to our delivery partner.

Note: When choosing a courier service, please go with Speed Post. This is because Speed Post is owned by the government and is more reliable than any other courier company.
6. If you have requested a return, we will deduct a reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 per order on your refund. Please note that the Rs. 100 fee is based on per order and doesn’t depend on the number of items on the order.
7. You can request a return only if the product has defects or is damaged. For size or color issues, please opt for a free exchange.
8. You can request an exchange for an item only once. After that, exchange or return won’t be possible for that item.
9. You get free delivery only when you make a prepaid order. A shipment fee of Rs. 60 will be charged for all COD orders.

10. All free products purchased on the Buy 1 Get 1 sale or any offer will be non-returnable.
11. Cancellation will only be possible till the product has not left our warehouse.

Refund Policy
1. Please return the items in the same condition as they were shipped. They must have original tags attached and should have intact packages. No refund will be provided when the clothes are clearly damaged or used by the customers.
2. As mentioned in the Return and Exchange policy, we will deduct a reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 per order on your refund if you have requested to return the product.
3. There will be an additional 2% deduction on the whole amount you have paid because of the TDR fee of the payment gateway. This happens only when you pay through a credit card, debit card, or net banking. There will be no TDR charges if you make UPI payments.
4. In the case of COD orders, the amount paid by you will be refunded to your bank account. (after deducting the reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 and the 2% TDR charges of the payment gateway). For this, you have to email at connect@dareduck.in the following details:

5. When you courier the product back to us, we will refund you the full amount without any deductions.
6. All refunds will proceed after the product reaches our warehouse.
